Hudson once had two mainlines and a branch line of the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha Railway (Omaha Road). Today, the branch line to Spring Valley and the mainline to Spooner have been abandoned, while the mainline between Eau Claire and St. Paul is owned by Union Pacific Railroad.
