Marshalltown, Iowa

Marshalltown had three railroads, including a Chicago & Northwestern mainline, Chicago Great Western mainline and Minneapolis & St. Louis mainline. Today, only the C&NW is still a Union Pacific mainline, while the CGW has been abandoned. The M&StL heading north is a trail, while heading south it is a Union Pacific route.
