Englewood is one of the 77 community areas in Chicago.
Englewood is bordered by the State Street to the east, 75th Street to the south, the Western Avenue to the west and Garfield Boulevard to the north.
The rail lines include a former Pennsylvania Mainline, now Norfolk Southern. In addition, Metra operates two lines (former C&WI, Rock Island and Wabash), and the CTA Green Line.
